Fees
New School, Canterbury is a fee paying school and does not receive any funding from the government. Every family is therefore expected to pay termly fees towards the cost of running the school. New School is a charity.
We are committed to financial inclusivity and keep our fees as low as possible whilst ensuring that we remain financially strong and stable.
Some of the ways we do this are through the following schemes:
Parental Involvement
A practical contribution is expected from all parents. This can include helping out on class trips, baking cakes and helping at the school festivals, and supporting fundraising activities. We also ask that each family gives 6 hours per term during one of our weekend work days. All this will be discussed more fully in your first term at the school.
